[RDD] Stream samplerate

Matthew,

Just for fun, on the stream computer: run jack_samplerate(1) and make
sure that it's *really* running at 44.1 kHz. I'm only a little bit
familiar with butt, but I've never experienced it changing the bit rate
of a stream.
