[RDD] RDCatch Download Problem

I currently use RDCatch to download about 100 items mixed with ftp and files
across the LAN. There is only one ftp site that I can't get RDCatch to work
and I have to download the file manually with Filezilla. In Filezilla the
protocol is FTP and encryption is "Use plain FTP" and all other settings are
default and it works fine but Catch fails everytime. I have tried ftp, smb
and http to no avail. Below is the log from Filezilla:

Status:  Connecting to

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Response:           220 Serv-U FTP Server v15.0 ready...

Command:          USER ******

Response: 331 User name okay, need password.

Command:          PASS ********

Response: 230 User logged in, proceed.

Command:          CLNT FileZilla

Response:           200 Noted.

Command:          OPTS UTF8 ON

Response: 200 OPTS UTF8 is set to ON.

Command:          OPTS MLST type;size;modify;perm;

Response:           200 MLST OPTS Type;Size;Modify;Perm;

Status:  Connected

RDCatch starts the download and it stays green for 3 minutes then turns red.
Here is the rdcatchlog from Rivendell:
