[RDD] simple setup-guide for networked rivendell

I had a quick swing at this.

It's working partially .. Rdlogedit works .. i can view logs
But for rdlibrary, it doesn't show the carts nor groups, it DOES let me 
select schedulercode.

Some issue with the SQL ?
