[RDD] caed segfault on Ubuntu 10.04

Hi,

No we don't have disabled pulse. We have 2 soundcards in our
Workstations in order to be able to use pulseaudio and Rivendell at the
same time.
I'm quite sure that pulse is not the problem because we start the
rivendell daemons at boot time and caed crashes also when no user is
logged in and therefore pulse is not running.

regards
 christian
